Good Morning Your Eminence

Further to my previous emails on this subject, a Special Meeting was held at 8 Henry Street Punchbowl @ 8.15pm on Tuesday 27 March 2012.

The purpose of the Special meeting was that St Nicholas Parish Council to consider the incorporation of Saint Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church, as Saint Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church Punchbowl, Inc under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW) and adopting a constitution as set out below.

I am pleased to advise you that at the meeting our Parish Council resolved by 11 votes out of 13 votes in favour of a Special Resolution that:

The St Nicholas Parish Council, being an unincorporated association eligible to be incorporated under the NSW Associations Incorporation Act 2009, authorises John Daher -[ our Public officer] - to incorporate the St Nicholas Parish Council under that Act as an incorporated association under the name "St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church Punchbowl Inc.

The Constitution (comprising the Statement of Objects) annexed to the notice of meeting dated 6 March 2012 is hereby approved as the Constitution of the incorporated association.

Messrs Michael Bechara Bitar and John Daher are instructed to make application to the Office of Fair Trading NSW on behalf of St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church and any further steps required to complete this process.
